It felt so good to step outside of my comfort zone and try something that has always intrigued me! If you can't tell by all the explanation marks, I am so excited about that yoga class. Even though I couldn't do every single pose and I sweated like a pig, I felt great afterward.I felt so accomplished, for finally breaking out of my shell, placing my mat at the front of that class, and not quitting!

The class I took was all about the warrior pose, being strong, and believing in yourself. Which is exactly what I needed to hear after a hard week of working out and wanting to quit.
So now I'm planning on taking a class at least once a week and learning more about yoga and the practice!
So while I work on getting better at yoga, check out my yoga board on Pinterest for all things yoga!
I'll keep you guys updated on my progress and have more yoga inspired post coming soon!
Namaste,
Jess
